identityAs an Omega franchisee, you will benefit from our established corporate identity and the brand name, Omega Learning® Center. Biblically and throughout history the word ‘Omega’ has symbolized the epitome of success! Customers are also attracted to the visual aspects of our brand including our logo, colors, facility décor and the style of our advertising materials.

Site Selection

siteOmega understands the importance of selecting the right location for your business. We supply you with complete guidelines, demographic reports and school/ neighborhood profiles. Your operations manual and initial training will provide you with a complete understanding for the site selection process including facility size, appearance, and other physical characteristics you are seeking.

Marketing Support

marketingOmega franchise experts support your online and offline marketing campaigns by continually creating new eye-catching ads for social media, Google PPC, print, radio and commercials. You will have online access to our library of marketing resources and analytics to help you efficiently grow your business. We will also assist you in setting up and maintaining strategic partnerships with schools and networking organizations in your community.

Ongoing Support
Field Visit Support Schedule:

  • First Quarter: 1 day per week
  • Second Quarter: 1 day per month
  • Third Quarter and thereafter: 1 day per quarter
Franchisees receive a field visit one day per quarter for the lifetime of their franchise agreement. Your experienced Omega Field Representative will spend one day per week at your center for your first three months of operation. Franchisees participate in weekly marketing calls, “Two Minute Tuesday” email blasts, and monthly franchisee webinars. In addition, Omega hosts a meeting each year, where our executive team and franchisees meet to review business development strategies, new programs, and specialized training. At this event, elected members of the Omega Advisory Board meet to review our annual operating plan and initiatives.

 

Omega Connect™ Software System

Omega Learning® offers ongoing support and maintenance of the Omega Connect™ business management software system and proprietary curriculum. Franchisees also participate in training webinars and ‘on call’ software system support. Omega Connect™ facilitates scheduling, communication, billing, finances, payroll, lead management, customer sales, and data indexing. Franchisee and administrators can only access this functionality of the system.

In addition to facilitating the efficiency of all front desk operations, OConnect has three additional modules to help franchises improve customer engagement, increase sales, create advertising, and maintain operational excellence.
