Comfortability In Franchising

We know how it feels to own your own business – we’ve been there too. It is our job to make you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your entrepreneurial journey. Over the years, we’ve corrected the mistakes, we’ve answered the questions, and we’ve been able to develop an outstanding support and training system for our Franchise Owners. If there’s ever anything that you need, we are just an email or a phone call away.

Here are some ways that we help provide our expertise:

Marketing

Our Franchise Owners have access to pre-approved online marketing library containing center-specific artwork that can be used across numerous channels. Our marketing material also offers “plug-and-play” opportunity so that you can have your marketing plan set up with local public schools before you even open your doors.

Technology

In order to simplify our Franchise Owners’ lives, we’ve seamlessly implemented the integration of multiple technology-based systems which includes tutor management software, online registration, student scheduling software, and database management.

Comprehensive Training

We take education and training of our Franchise Owners extremely seriously. Our initial training program consists of 60 hours of classroom training and an additional 100 on-the-job training. This time is split up between your own Center and our headquarters in Kennesaw, Georgia.  

Real Estate

Our established Real Estate Team helps our Franchise Owners find the best possible location for your Center. Our Centers thrive in locations with high-foot traffic, such as shopping centers, your area’s main street, etc. With an average footprint of 1,500 sq. feet, our Real Estate Team helps guide you through lease negotiations, building construction, and they’ll help you navigate any red tape that pops up so you can get your Center going as soon as possible.

Ongoing Support

Like our students, we understand that our Franchise Owners have individual needs and different situations. Due to this, we provide you with Omega Connect™, our proprietary “business-in-a-box” management system. You will also have on-call support for any issues that might arise, monthly educational business management seminars, and an annual meeting with your fellow Franchise Owners.

Field Support

It is important to us that we are more committed to our Franchise Owners than anybody else in the industry. We go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and well-taken care of by visiting you not just once a year, but 16 times, during the first year. Twelve of these visits occur in the first quarter of the year to make sure things are running as smoothly as possible. Field visits are conducted once a quarter after the first year.
