	Complete our online application which is reviewed by Omega Founders and Franchise Development Staff. An initial phone interview is then set up to discuss our opportunity and your qualifications. Qualified applicants then receive an invitation to our “Discovery Day” in person meeting where you will receive a copy of the Franchise Disclosure Document including the franchise agreement
	Omega completes a financial assessment for each prospective Franchisee. Access to the initial investment requirement must be available. Initial Investment requirement varies depending on location and size of unit. Omega Learning Center initial investment is considered lower than other similar franchise opportunities.
	Mutually we agree that this is a great fit. You decide you want to become an Omega Learning Center franchisee! Qualified franchisee prospects will be asked to sign the FDD including the franchise agreement. At this meeting you will receive your Omega operations manual and training will be scheduled.
	All franchisees must complete our extensive initial training program. Training includes reviewing your Operations manual, managing your employees, marketing and attracting students, accreditation compliance, proprietary Omega curriculum and the Omega e-Business software system.
	Once you have completed our training and your center location has been approved, you can open your Omega Learning Center. Omega staff work with you to help you open your center quickly and efficiently.
	An Omega field visit staff will be at your center 1 day a week for the first quarter, then 1 day a month for your second quarter. We want you to succeed by following our proven business system and we are with your at regular visits assisting with sales, marketing, scheduling, and center operations.
